Paul received a B.A. in Pastoral Studies and Communications, a M.A. in Bible, a M. Div. in Pastoral Theology and is presently finishing up the thesis portion of a Doctor of Ministry degree.

Twenty-five years ago Paul, Sharon and their children joined High Point ministering as the Staff Evangelist, traveling across the nation in local churches, schools, and camps. In January of 2003 Paul became the Senior Pastor of High Point Baptist Chapel.

They are grateful for their grown children’s passion for serving God and enjoy the fact that they are presently part of the High Point family as adults themselves. David and Kerri and their children, Elliana, Liam, Derek, and Alexis live in California; Philip and Laura Von and their five children, Wellesley, Leland, McCully, Livingston and Breckenridge are on staff at High Point; and their youngest, Daniel and Meghan, live in Manhattan.

Paul and Sharon are avid readers, enjoy writing, drama, and try to exercise. Paul is a diehard fan of the Green Bay Packers, Sharon mourns football season.

Philip earned a B.A. in Theology & History from Northland International University in 2007. Shortly after graduation he married Laura and came on staff at High Point. In 2010 Philip earned an M.A. in Biblical Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary.

His primary responsibilities are overseeing ABF’s (Adult Bible Fellowships), counseling, training leaders and overseeing small groups, teaching, planning worship, and building church community.

Philip and Laura have four sons, Wellesley, Leland, McCully and Breckenridge. and a daughter, Livingstone. They enjoy popcorn, traveling, spending time with friends and family, being in the outdoors, and watching Detroit and UofM sports (Ok, maybe that’s just Philip). Laura likes mothering, reading, and photography and works as an RN in Reading, Pa. Philip enjoys sports, music, hunting, jeeps, counseling, and teaching.

Troy earned a B.A. in History from Bob Jones University in 1993. He married Danielle in July 1993 and began ministry in September 1993 at Calvary Baptist Church, in Lansdale, PA, where he served for 25 years. He earned his M. Div. from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in 2001 and his D. Min. in preaching from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in 2020.

In January 2019, Troy and Danielle moved to George, South Africa, where they served as church planting missionaries for 6½ years before joining the ministry team of High Point in September 2025. Troy’s primary responsibilities include leadership development, discipleship, and teaching and preaching.

Troy and Danielle have four grown children: Derek lives in Greer, SC; Carissa and her husband, Dustin, and their children live in Lititz, PA; Drew and his wife, Amanda, live in Telford, PA; Grant and his wife, Hannah, live in Cedarville, OH.

Danielle enjoys hosting friends and family, baking, reading, and walking. Troy enjoys playing and watching sports (especially Philly sports), gardening, and teaching and preaching the Word. They both thoroughly enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren, and extended family.
